The invention discloses a connecting piece for building formworks. The connecting piece comprises two formwork bodies, an anti-expansion mechanism and a connecting mechanism, wherein the two formworkbodies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the anti-expansion mechanism; the connecting mechanism is arranged on the right sides of the formwork bodies; the anti-expansion mechanism comprises a first supporting plate; an anti-expansion threaded rod is fixedly connected to the midpoint of the top of the first supporting plate; the surface of the anti-expansion threaded rod is sleeved with a second supporting plate matched with the first supporting plate; and the surface of the anti-expansion threaded rod is in threaded connection with a fixing nut. According to the connecting piece for the building formworks, through mutual cooperation of the formwork bodies, the anti-expansion mechanism, the connecting mechanism, first fixing teeth and second fixing teeth, the stability betweenthe two formworks can be guaranteed, formwork expansion caused by concrete casting is prevented, the formworks can be effectively prevented from being dislocated, and the corners of the formworks canbe connected and fixed more conveniently through the connecting mechanism.
