The invention provides a purification, regulation and storage system for pavement rainwater runoff, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment. The inlet end of the system is connected witha pavement rainwater collection system through a rainwater pipe 1, and rainwater sequentially flows through water permeable bricks 3 with a photocatalysis function, a sand cushion layer 4, a plantingsoil layer 5, a filler layer 6 and a supporting layer 7 from top to bottom after entering the system, then horizontally flows into an activated carbon adsorption area 9 through a perforated lattice wall 8 and then enters a porous cellucotton regulation and storage area 10 through upward flow; the area is communicated with external underground water through a permeable wall 12 so as to realize storage and supply functions. In addition, a vegetation 2 planted in a planting soil layer 3 not only can beautify the environment, but also can intercept and biodegrade part of organic pollutants. The system not only plays a role in regulating and storing rainstorm runoff, but also can solve the problem of water pollution caused by pavement rainwater runoff, and is beneficial to in-situ and decentralized treatment of the pavement rainwater runoff.
