The gas plugging agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-1% of a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiencywater reducing agent, 0.5-1% of aluminum powder, 5-10% of silicon micro-powder, 5-20% of fly ash, 1-2% of quick lime, 5-10% of expanded perlite and the balance of quick-setting cement. The inventionalso provides a preparation method and a use method of the gas plugging agent of the inorganic material. The inorganic material gas plugging agent provided by the invention is excellent in performance, simple in preparation method and low in preparation cost.
