The invention discloses a floating slab ballast bed for damping by using friction springs. The floating slab ballast bed comprises damping devices and a floating slab, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the floating slab side by side in the length direction of the floating slab, and the damping devices are mounted in the mounting holes and elastically supported between the floating slab and a base, so that the floating slab is separated from the surface of the base; each damping device comprises the friction spring and a supporting mechanism, and each friction spring comprises an upper pressing plate, a middle pressing plate, a friction spring body, a sleeve and a bottom plate, wherein the friction spring body is installed in a center cavity of the sleeve, the middle pressing plate pressed on the upper portion of the friction spring body is arranged in the upper portion of the center cavity, the sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, a limiting plate is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the sleeve, the upper pressing plate and the middle pressing plate are fixedly connected through a center bolt, and a downward pressing space is formed between the upperpressing plate and the limiting plate. The floating slab ballast bed is simple in structure; and vibration or impact energy is dissipated into heat energy through high-efficiency vibration reductionand energy dissipation of the friction springs, and the floating slab ballast bed has the advantages of being free of product maintenance and the like.
本发明公开了一种运用摩擦弹簧进行减震的浮置板道床,包括减振装置和浮置板,浮置板沿其长度方向并排设置有若干个安装孔,减振装置安装在安装孔内,并弹性支撑在浮置板与基底之间,使得浮置板脱离基底的表面;减振装置包括摩擦弹簧、支撑机构,摩擦弹簧包括上压板、中压板、摩擦弹簧本体、套筒、底板,摩擦弹簧本体安装于套筒的中心腔内,中心腔的上部内置有压装在所述摩擦弹簧本体上部的中压板,套筒与底板固定连接,套筒的上端面固定设置有限位板,上压板与中压板之间通过中心螺栓固定连接,并使得上压板与限位板之间形成下压空间。本发明结构简单,通过摩擦弹簧的高效率减振耗能,将振动或冲击能量耗散为热能,具有产品免维护等优点。
