The invention relates to a novel steel sleeve device for cast-in-situ bored pile construction. The device comprises a plurality of steel sleeves (1) which are sequentially sleeved, at least one waterinjection pipe (3) and a plurality of drill bits (7), wherein the at least one water injection pipe (3) is vertically arranged on the outer side walls of the steel sleeves (1), and the plurality of drill bits (7) are arranged on the outer side wall of the bottommost steel sleeve (1) in the circumferential direction and extend downwards. Compared with the prior art, the device has the characteristics that the structure is simple, disturbance of construction to the surrounding environment is reduced, and the construction efficiency is high.
