The sleeve connecting device comprises a detachable sleeve and a permanent sleeve, an opening groove is formed in the bottom of the detachable sleeve, the inner wall of one side of the opening groove extends inwards to be provided with a positioning groove, the inner wall of the top of the permanent sleeve is fixedly connected with a first internally-connected cylindrical section through welding, and the inner wall of the top of the permanent sleeve is fixedly connected with a second internally-connected cylindrical section through welding. A positioning block is fixed to one side of the first internally-connected cylindrical section in a welded mode, the positioning block and the positioning groove are of a matched structure, the length and the width of the positioning block are the same as those of the positioning groove, and the diameter of the outer wall of the first internally-connected cylindrical section is the same as that of the inner wall of the detachable sleeve. The inner wall of the top of the first internally-connected cylindrical section is fixedly provided with a second internally-connected cylindrical section in a welded mode, the outer wall of the top of the second internally-connected cylindrical section is fixedly provided with an annular sealing edge in a welded mode, the diameter of the outer wall of the annular sealing edge is the same as that of the inner wall of the detachable sleeve, and a notch is formed in one side of the first internally-connected cylindrical section. The invention has the characteristic of no external expansion volume.
