Open-cut tunnel prefabricated lining prestress connecting structure and method of upper and lower blocks
The invention belongs to the technical field of underground structure engineering, and particularly relates to an open-cut tunnel prefabricated lining prestress connecting structure of upper and lowerblocks. The open-cut tunnel prefabricated lining prestress connecting structure is formed by longitudinally splicing a plurality of lining rings; each lining ring comprises a prefabricated lining upper block and a prefabricated lining lower block; and a plurality of vertically penetrated vertical prestress tensioning holes are correspondingly formed in a top plate and an upper side wall of each prefabricated lining upper block and a bottom plate and a lower side wall of each prefabricated lining lower block. The same prestress twisted steel is tensioned in the corresponding vertical prestressed tensioning holes in the vertical direction, and fine aggregate concrete is injected in a pressing mode. According to a connecting method, the vertical prestress connection of the prefabricated lining upper blocks and the prefabricated lining lower blocks is completed at first to form the lining rings; then, the adjacent lining rings are subjected to longitudinal temporary prestress connection;and next, the temporary prestress connection is relieved, and longitudinal permanent prestress connection is performed. According to the structure and the method provided by the invention, manpower can be saved; the construction period can be shortened; the magnitude of stress applied to the prefabricated lining can be precisely controlled; and safe and rapid construction of the prefabricated lining can be achieved.
本发明属于地下结构工程技术领域,具体涉及一种上下分块的明挖隧道预制衬砌预应力连接结构,由多环衬砌环沿纵向拼接而成;衬砌环包括预制衬砌上分块和预制衬砌下分块,预制衬砌上分块的顶板和上侧墙、以及预制衬砌下分块的底板和下侧墙内均对应设有多个竖向贯穿的竖向预应力张拉孔;竖向上相对应的竖向预应力张拉孔中张拉有同一根预应力螺纹钢筋,并压注有细石混凝土;连接方法为先完成预制衬砌上分块和预制衬砌下分块的竖向预应力连接形成衬砌环,然后对相邻衬砌环进行纵向临时预应力连接,之后解除临时预应力连接并进行纵向永久预应力连接。本发明可以节约人力,缩短工期,对预制衬砌施加应力大小控制精确,能够实现预制衬砌的安全快速施工。
