The invention relates to a house building reserved hole positioning and forming device. The device comprises a prefabricated part and a positioning long pipe, the prefabricated part is internally connected with the positioning long pipe in a sliding fit manner, and the prefabricated part comprises a supporting plate, a fixing cylinder, an outer gear, an inner gear, a gear column, a sealing sleeve,a positioning block, a rack column and a fan-shaped block. The prefabricated part and the positioning long pipe are matched to embed the position where a hole needs to be reserved, meanwhile, reserved hole treatment can be conducted on walls of different thicknesses, pipe fittings of different diameter sizes can be clamped and fixed, and in the machining process of a whole building reserved hole,reserved hole treatment can be completely conducted on the building only through a reserved hole mold of one size, one end of the fixing cylinder can be blocked through the positioning long pipe, andthe interior of the fixing cylinder is prevented from being polluted.

本发明涉及一种房屋建筑预留洞定位开设装置，包括预制件与定位长管，所述预制件内以滑动配合的方式连接有定位长管，所述预制件包括支撑板、固定筒、外齿轮、内齿轮、齿轮柱、密封套、定位块、齿条柱与扇形块，本发明通过预制件与定位长管相配合对需要进行预留洞的位置进行埋设，同时可对不同厚度的墙体均进行预留洞处理，且可对不同直径尺寸的管件进行夹紧固定，在整个建筑预留洞的加工过程中，仅需一种尺寸的预留洞模具即可对其完全进行预留洞处理，且定位长管可对对固定筒一端进行堵塞，防止固定筒内部被污染。
