The invention discloses a floating foundation, a multi-impeller wind turbine generator and a single-impeller wind turbine generator. The floating foundation comprises prestressed concrete foundation arms, a center connecting piece, end part connecting pieces and floating cylinders, wherein a plurality of prestressed concrete foundation arms are provided; one ends of the multiple prestressed concrete foundation arms are connected through the center connecting piece, and the other ends are radially arranged; the other ends of all the prestressed concrete foundation arms are connected with the end part connecting pieces; all the end part connecting pieces are connected with the floating cylinders; the prestressed concrete foundation arms comprise concrete cylinder bodies and prestressed ribs;a plurality of prestressed ribs are provided, and sleeve the cylinder walls of the concrete cylinder bodies in the peripheral directions of the concrete cylinder bodies; and one end of each prestressed rib is connected with the corresponding end part connecting piece, and the other end is tensioned through the center connecting piece. The floating foundation has such advantages as high structuralstrength, stable and reliable performances, low manufacturing difficulty and good economy.
