The aluminum industrialfurnace chute comprises a chute body, wherein a steel shell is arranged on the outer surface of the chute body, a plurality of stainless steel claw hooks are arranged on the surface of an inner cavityof the steel shell at equal intervals, a flame-retardant fiber board is laid in the inner cavity of the steel shell, and a pouring face is formed on the flame-retardant fiber board through castable pouring. The aluminum industrial furnace chute is manufactured through the following manufacturing steps that 1, the steel shell is arranged on the outer surface of the chute body; 2, the stainless steel claw hooks are arranged on the steel shell; 3, the stainless steel claw hooks are wrapped around flame-retardant fiber paper, and are fixed with an adhesive tape; 4, the flame-retardant fiber boardis laid in the inner cavity of the steel shell; and 5, castable is poured on the fiber board to form the pouring face. The aluminum industrial chute produced through the manufacturing method enablesthe aluminum liquid flowing speed to be fast, and is good in thermal insulation performance and long in service life.
