The invention provides a light-weight refractory castable for a blast furnace swing chute. The light-weight refractory castable comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of microporous corundum particles, 10-15 parts of corundum particles, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide, 1-3 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of silica powder, 1-3 parts of carbon black, 6-10 parts of activated alumina micro powder, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts of a composite anti-explosion agent and 0.1-0.3 parts of a water reducing agent. The microporous corundum particles, the corundum particles, the silicon carbide, the cement, the silica powder, the carbon black, the activated alumina micro powder, the antioxidant, the composite anti-explosion agent and the water reducing agent are put into a stirrer and stirred for 10-15 min, and the light-weight refractory castable for the blast furnace swing chute is obtained after uniform mixing. The obtained light-weight refractory castable product for the blast furnace swing chute is small in volume density, low in apparent porosity, high in closed porosity, small in heat conductivity coefficient and high in slag erosion resistance.
