According to the process, the tank body swings up and down under the meshing action of a first gear and a second gear, so that the reaction raw materials flow back and forth between two funnel-shaped cavities in the tank body, the reaction raw materials are fully mixed with the water for mixing and stirring, and meanwhile, a utilization rate of the water for mixing is increased.
