The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses an efficient concrete production process and an efficient concrete production line. The efficient concrete production process comprises the following steps of (1), screening waste aggregate through screens with the mesh diameters of 20-23 mm, 12-15 mm and 4-7 mm in sequence to obtain aggregate A with the particle size larger than 20-25 mm, aggregate B with the particle size larger than 12-15 mm, aggregate C with the particle size larger than 4-7 mm and aggregate D with the particle size smaller than 4-7 mm in sequence; and (2) uniformly mixing 10-15 parts of aggregate A, 30-40 parts of aggregate B, 45-55 parts of aggregate C, 35-45 parts of aggregate D and 8-10 parts of filler, then adding 9-12 parts of powder, performing uniform mixing, then adding 25-30 parts of water, and performing uniform mixing to obtain concrete. The method has the advantage that the concrete still keeps better compressive strength after the waste aggregate is used.
