The invention discloses a tire brake device for a wheel excavator and an application method thereof and relates to the technical field of accessories of wheel excavators. The tire brake device comprises a fixed plate and a liquid guiding main pipe. Connectors are fixed to two ends of the lower end of the fixed plate, hydraulic mechanisms are fixed to the lower ends of the two connectors, and connecting brackets are fixed to output ends of the two hydraulic mechanisms. By starting a refrigerating mechanism to cool a frictional material layer and starting a fan to blow refrigerated air to a brake pad, the temperatures of the brake pad and the frictional material layer are reduced, so that a phenomenon of brake failure when the device is used for braking the brake pad is avoided effectively,and thus, the safety performance of the device is improved greatly. An outer hexagon wrench is used to rotate a hexagon nut to drive a moving plate to move horizontally, so that the separation distance between two fixing mechanisms is adjusted. Therefore, the device can be suitable for brake pads of different modes, so that the application range of the device is improved greatly.
本发明公开了一种轮式挖掘机用轮胎制动装置及其使用方法,涉及轮式挖掘机配件技术领域。本发明包括固定板和导液主管,固定板下端的两端均固定有连接件,两连接件的下端均固定有液压机构,两液压机构的输出端均固定有连接支架。本发明通过启动制冷机构对摩擦材料层进行降温,并启动风机将制冷后的空气吹向刹车盘,降低刹车盘和摩擦材料层的温度,从而有效的避免装置对刹车盘进行制动时产生制动失效的现象,大大的提升装置的安全性能,通过使用外六角扳手旋转六角螺母,带动移动板进行水平移动,从而调节两个固定机构之间的间距,让装置能够适用于不同型号的刹车盘,从而大大的提升装置的适用范围。
