A preparation method of the half metallicity material is characterized in that La2O3, Nb2O5 and MnO2 which are used as raw materials undergoes a solid-phase reaction method to prepare the compound La2NbMnO6. According to the doubleperovskite type half metallicity material, the effect of electron association and spin orbit coupling on the La2NbMnO6 property is analyzed to obtain the half metallicity of the double perovskite type half metallicity material. The double perovskite type half metallicity material provided by the invention can be used for designing a novel room-temperature spin electronic device. According to thepreparation method of the double perovskite type half metallicity material, the solid-phase reaction method is utilized, and synthesis of the La2NbMnO6 material is realized by controlling the sintering temperature and the sintering time of different sintering times.
