The invention discloses a multi-scale nano composite modified asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The mixture is prepared from mineral aggregate, base asphalt, a stabilizer, styrene butadiene rubber, a multi-scale nano material and other raw materials. According to the invention, the asphalt is subjected to composite modification treatment by adopting the multi-scale nano composite material and the SBR, and the characteristics of few surface energy defects, many non-paired atoms, strong surface adsorption force and the like of inorganic nano particles are utilized, so that the inorganic nano particles can be better combined with the base asphalt, so that the modified asphalt has a relatively large damage load; the used raw materials are wide in source and low in price, and the prepared asphalt mixture is excellent in pavement performance and has obviously higher high-temperature, low-temperature and water stability than a common asphalt mixture.
本发明公开了一种多尺度纳米复合改性沥青混合料及其制备方法,该混合料由矿料、基础沥青、稳定剂、丁苯橡胶、多尺度纳米材料等原料制成。本发明采用多尺度纳米复合材料及SBR对沥青进行复合改性处理,利用无机纳米粒子具有表面能缺陷少、非配对原子多、表面吸附力强等特点,使其能更好的与基础沥青发生结合,从而使得改性后的沥青具有较大的破坏荷载;本发明所用原料来源广泛、价格低廉,所制备得到沥青混合料路用性能优越,具有明显高于普通沥青混合料的高温、低温及水稳定性能。
