The invention provides a low-temperature co-fired ceramic. The low-temperature co-fired ceramic is prepared from a mixture of composite oxide glass powder and Al2O3; and the composite oxide glass powder comprises, by weight, 0-0.12 part of calcium oxide, 0.278-0.41 part by weight of diboron trioxide, 0.5-0.67 part by weight of silicon dioxide, 0-0.1 part by weight of aluminum oxide, 0-0.07 part byweight of lithium oxide and 0-0.01 part by weight of barium oxide. The low-temperature co-fired ceramic provided by the invention takes the composite oxide glass powder with the specific compositionand Al2O3 as main components, better interaction is realized, the dielectric constant of the product is about 5, the performance is good and stable, and the dielectric loss is small. Experimental results show that the dielectric constant of the low-temperature co-fired ceramic provided by the invention is 4.1-5.3, and the dielectric loss of the low-temperature co-fired ceramic is 0.0011-0.0026.
