The invention provides a preparation method of TiO2 composite ZrO2 nano powder, and belongs to the technical field of nano composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following specificpreparation steps of: firstly, preparing zirconium oxide sol by taking zirconium oxychloride, hexamethylenetetramine and polyethylene glycol as raw materials; preparing a tetrabutyl titanate ethanol solution from tetrabutyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol; then slowly adding the zirconium oxide sol into the tetrabutyl titanate solution, and fully stirring to obtain titanium oxide-zirconium oxide gel; and finally, drying and sintering the gel to prepare the TiO2 composite ZrO2 nano-powder. The preparation method of the nano composite powder is simple and convenient; raw materials are easy to obtain; and the nano composite powder not only can be used as raw material powder of TiO2-based high-performance structural ceramic, but also can be used in the fields of special refractory materials, catalysis and the like.
本发明提供了一种TiO2复合ZrO2纳米粉体的制备方法,属于纳米复合材料技术领域。具体的制备步骤为首先以氯氧化锆,六次甲基四胺和聚乙二醇为原料制备氧化锆溶胶;以钛酸四丁酯和无水乙醇配置钛酸四丁酯乙醇溶液。然后将氧化锆溶胶缓慢加入到钛酸四丁酯溶液中充分搅拌得到氧化钛‑氧化锆凝胶,最后将凝胶通过干燥、烧结制备出TiO2复合ZrO2纳米粉体。该纳米复合粉体制备方法简便,原料易得,不仅可作为TiO2基高性能结构陶瓷的原料粉,还可以用于特种耐火材料和催化等领域。
