The invention provides a preparation method of CeO2 composite ZrO2 nano powder, and belongs to the field of nano composite materials and special refractory materials. The preparation method comprisesthe following specific preparation steps of: firstly, preparing zirconium oxide sol A from zirconium oxychloride, hexamethylenetetramine and polyethylene glycol as raw materials through a sol-gel method; slowly adding a certain amount of cerous acetate or cerous nitrate (trivalent cerium) aqueous solution into the sol A under an ultrasonic and magnetic stirring condition, and fully stirring to obtain cerium oxide-zirconium oxide gel; and finally drying and sintering the cerium oxide-zirconium oxide gel to obtain the CeO2 composite ZrO2 nano-powder. The preparation method of the CeO2 compositeZrO2 nano powder is simple and convenient; the raw materials used by the method are easy to obtain; the CeO2 composite ZrO2 nano powder not only can be used as raw material powder of high-performancestructural ceramics, but also has excellent high-temperature phase stability and good low-temperature ageing resistance; the service life of the prepared CeO2 composite ZrO2 nano powder is prolonged;and technical support is provided for the fields of advanced ceramics and refractory materials.
本发明提供了一种CeO2复合ZrO2纳米粉体的制备方法,本发明属于纳米复合材料和特种耐火材料领域。具体的制备步骤为首先以氯氧化锆,六次甲基四胺和聚乙二醇为原料通过溶胶‑凝胶法制备氧化锆溶胶A;将一定量的醋酸铈或硝酸铈(三价铈)水溶液在超声+磁力搅拌条件下缓慢加入溶胶A中,充分搅拌得到氧化铈‑氧化锆凝胶,最后将氧化铈‑氧化锆凝胶经干燥和烧结,得到CeO2复合ZrO2纳米粉体。该CeO2复合ZrO2纳米粉体制备方法简便,原料易得,不仅可作为高性能结构陶瓷的原料粉,而且高温相稳定性优良,且低温抗老化性能好,提高了制备的使用寿命,为先进陶瓷领域和耐火材料领域提供技术支持。
