Shaping assembly template and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a shaping assembly template and a construction method thereof. The shaping assembly template comprises four splicing blocks, wherein the four splicing blocks can be assembled into cylindrical tubes; the plurality of cylindrical tubes which are assembled by the splicing blocks are stacked from bottom to top to form the assembly template; four connecting plates are arranged between the every two adjacent cylindrical tubes; the inner surfaces of the connecting plates and the inner surfaces of the splicing plates are located on the same plane; each of the connecting platesis spliced together with the upper pairs of two adjacent splicing blocks and the lower pairs of two adjacent splicing blocks; and the two adjacent connecting plates are connected together through connecting bolts. The problems that a plurality of splicing units need to be connected together through the bolts when an existing cylindrical shaping assembly template is assembled so as to result in very troublesome assembly and disassembly of the whole construction template and serious influence on construction and handling of the cylinder body are solved; and a structure of the shaping assembly template for a cylindrical concrete support column is improved and optimized, so that splicing among the splicing units of the construction template can be conveniently performed.
本发明公开了一种定型化组装模板及其施工方法,包括四个拼接块,四个拼接块组装成圆柱筒,若干个由所述拼接块组装的圆柱筒由下向上堆叠成组装模板,且每相邻的两个所述圆柱筒之间均设有四个连接板,所述连接板的内表面和拼接块的内表面在同一面上,每个连接板分别与上下两对相邻的两个所述拼接块插接在一起,且两个相邻的两块所述连接板之间通过连接螺栓连接在一起,本发明解决现有的圆柱型定型化组装模板在组装时需要若干拼接单元之间通过螺栓连接在一起,导致整个施工模板组装和拆卸非常麻烦,严重影响对柱体的施工和处理的问题,通过对圆柱型混凝土支撑柱定型化施工模板的结构进行改良和优化,使得施工模板的拼接单元之间方便进行拼接。
