The dynamic compaction construction method adopting the soft soil foundationdynamic compaction construction device comprises the steps that an open channel is dug in the periphery of a to-be-compacted area, a frozen pile foundation is arranged, the perforations are punched in the underground of the to-be-compacted area, the perforations are filled with aggregate, a special-shaped pored rammer is adopted for compaction, drainage is conducted, and after water in a perforation well is drained to the open channel, a perforation wellhead is covered with a sealing cover, vacuumizing is conducted for 24h, drainage is conducted again, the aggregate is backfilled into the perforation well, and a common rammer is adopted for conducting dynamic compaction on a soft soil foundation.
