According to the device, after ammunition is ignited and exploded, generated impact force can drive the blade structural part to rotate, then the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, rotation of the rotating shaft can disturb aggregate in the communicating hole and the aggregate groove, the aggregate is prevented from being blocked and clamped, and the aggregate in the aggregate groove can smoothly fall into the ammunition groove; and therefore, the aggregate can be quickly filled into the perforation.
