The invention discloses a luminous decorative plate which comprises a surface layer plate and a base layer plate. The surface layer plate is pervious to light and is arranged above the base layer plate; a luminous assembly is arranged in the base layer plate and controlled by a piezoresistor to emit light. According to the luminous decorative plate, the luminous assembly controlled by the piezoresistor to emit light is arranged in the luminous decorative plate, when the pressure borne by the luminous decorative plate changes, the resistance value of the piezoresistor can be changed, then on-off of a circuit system where a luminous light source is located is controlled, and the luminous decorative plate emits light automatically when bearing pressure; and when no pressure exists on the luminous decorative plate, the luminous light source is automatically turned off. The luminous decorative plate can be applied to the fields of home decoration, public decoration hallways, stairs and thelike, and the plate can emit light by being pressed or pressed when a person walks through the plate at night.
