The invention relates to the field of flexible decorative sheet production, and particularly discloses a self-luminous flexible decorative sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The self-luminous flexible decorative sheet comprises a decorative sheet body and a self-luminous layer coating the upper part of the decorative sheet body; the decorative sheet body is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 28 to 45 percent of inorganic mineral filler, 8 to 23 percent of acrylic emulsion, 0.5 to 4 percent of pigment, 1 to 12 percent of water, 0 to 2.3 percent of water-retaining agent and 38 to 48 percent of quartz sand; the self-luminous layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 35 parts of feldspar, 8 to 13 parts of quartz sand, 5 to 7 parts of aluminum oxide, 15 to 25 parts of dolomite, 7 to 15 parts of wollastonite, 4 to 8 parts of building coating emulsion and 18 to 30 parts of fluorescent powder particles. The fluorescent powder particles in the self-luminous flexible decorative sheet can emit illumination light, so that the appearance of a building can be beautified, the illumination effect can be achieved, pedestrians or passing vehicles can see the position of the building, and avoiding can be conducted in time. Meanwhile, the function of auxiliary lighting can be achieved, and the function of lighting the roads around the building can be achieved, so that the number of turned-on street lamps is reduced, and then energy consumption is reduced.
本发明涉及柔性装饰片生产领域，具体的公开了一种自发光柔性装饰片及其制造方法，包括装饰片本体和其上部涂覆的自发光层；所述装饰片本体包括质量百分比如下的组分：无机矿物填料28‑45%，丙烯酸乳液8‑23%，颜料0.5‑4%，水1‑12%，保水剂0‑2.3%和石英砂38‑48%；所述自发光层包括重量份如下的组分：长石25‑35份，石英砂8‑13份，氧化铝5‑7份，白云石15‑25份，硅灰石7‑15份，建筑涂料乳液4‑8份和荧光粉颗粒18‑30份。能通过自身内部的荧光粉颗粒发出照明光线，既能美化建筑物的外观，又能起到照明的作用，能让行人或者过往的车辆看到建筑物的位置，可以及时的进行避让。同时能起到辅助照明的作用，能为建筑周围的道路起到照明的功能，减少路灯开启的数量，进而节省能源的消耗。
