The high-rise residential building anti-noise system has the advantages that energy is converted into air pressure expansion through the principle that vibration is generated during sound transmission, so that tight sealing of the window body is realized, generation of wind noise is avoided, and the indoor and outdoor ventilation effect is improved in a window opening state.
