The invention discloses a high-rise residential building anti-noise system. The high-rise residential building anti-noise system comprises a window body, wherein the window body and a wall body are rotationally connected with a connecting shaft; the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with a first gear; the first gear is meshed with a second gear; the second gear is meshed with a rack; a cavityis formed in the wall body and above the window body; a sealing plate is inserted into the rack and is fixedly connected to the side wall of the cavity; the rack is positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the sealing plate and is divided into two parts; one side, close to the sealing plate, of the rack is fixedly connected with a magnet; the magnet and the sealing plate are magneticallyattracted; and the top of the rack is fixedly connected with a sliding plate. The high-rise residential building anti-noise system has the advantages that energy is converted into air pressure expansion through the principle that vibration is generated during sound transmission, so that tight sealing of the window body is realized, generation of wind noise is avoided, and the indoor and outdoor ventilation effect is improved in a window opening state.
