The invention discloses a notch folding honeycomb bionic core plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The notch folding honeycomb bionic core plate comprises at least two first original base bands,the first original base bands are divided into a plurality of first bonding edges at equal intervals, a first forming edge is divided between every two adjacent first bonding edges; folding grooves are formed between the adjacent first forming edges and the first bonding edges in the first original base bands, the opening directions of the folding grooves in the two ends of each first forming edgeare opposite, the opening directions of the folding grooves in the two ends of each first bonding edge are the same, and the opening directions of the folding grooves corresponding to the adjacent first original base bands are opposite; and the first bonding edges corresponding to the positions of the adjacent first original base bands are bonded at intervals and pulled open towards the two sidesto form a plurality of hollow honeycomb cell structures. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of unit division, folding groove milling, gluing and bonding, glue pressing and forming. The honeycomb bionic core plate is very high in transverse strength, good in quality stability, capable of being suitable for a high-strength bearing environment and wide in application.
