Preparation method of activated carbon capable of generating negative oxygen ions
The invention relates to a preparation method of activated carbon capable of generating negative oxygen ions, which comprises the following steps: preparing the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of activated carbon powder, 5-10 parts of aerogel powder and 0.001-0.5 part of negative ion powder, conducting uniform mixing, and conducting grinding to 400 meshes or below to form powder; adding the powder, a water-soluble adhesive, a lubricant, a dispersing agent and water into a mixer according to a mass ratio of (30-60):(0.5-3):(0.2-2):(0.1-1):(5-25) to form pug; processing thepug in an extrusion molding machine or a vacuum pug mill, and then conducting filtering in a molding machine by using a 100-150-mesh screen mesh to remove large-particle substances; transferring the material into an extrusion molding machine provided with a honeycomb steel mold, and carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a wet honeycomb body; placing the wet honeycomb body on a curing frame andmoved the curing frame into a curing chamber for curing; and after curing is completed, conducting drying and controlling the water content to be 2% or below. The activated carbon prepared by adoptingthe method is simple in method, gaseous pollutants with different molecular sizes in air can be adsorbed and purified to the maximum extent, negative oxygen ions are generated, and the air quality isimproved.
本发明涉及一种能产生负氧离子的活性炭制备方法,包括:按照重量比准备活性炭粉20‑50份,气凝胶粉5‑10份,负离子粉0.001‑0.5份混合均匀,研磨至400目以下形成粉料;按质量比为粉料:水溶性粘合剂:润滑剂:分散剂:水=30‑60:0.5‑3:0.2‑2:0.1‑1:5‑25加入到混料器形成泥料;将泥料在挤出成型机或真空练泥机中加工处理,然后在成型机中用100‑150目的丝网进行过滤去除大颗粒物质;移入装有蜂窝钢模具的挤出成型机挤出成型,得到湿蜂窝体;将湿蜂窝体放置在养护架上移入养护室进行养护;养护完成后进行干燥,将含水率控制在2%以下。采用本发明的方法制得的活性炭,方法简单,能够最大限度的吸附净化空气中不同分子尺寸的气态污染物,产生负氧离子,改善空气质量。
