The invention discloses a non-clay sintered insulating brick production process, wherein the comprises: S1, raw material pretreatment: respectively loading coal gangue and waste slag (powder and debris) into three feeders, carrying out electronic material blending according to a ratio of (20%-30%):(60%-70%):(5%-15%), weighing the coal gangue and the waste slag, sending into a two-stage hammer crusher, and carrying out fine crushing; and screening the crushed material through a rotary screen, screening to take fine materials with the particle size of smaller than 2 mm, and sending coarse materials left after screening back to the two-stage hammer crusher again. Coal gangue, waste slag, riverway sludge and the like are used as main raw materials, soil resources are saved, meanwhile, the riverway sludge can be turned into wealth, the ecological environment can be protected, and the process is greener and more environmentally friendly; the bearing effect of a brick body is stronger, and the weathering resistance is better; the thermal performance is more excellent, the condition that a house is hot in summer and cold in winter can be well improved, the housing comfort is improved, andthus fuel and electricity for heating and air conditioning are saved.
