The invention provides a semi-fixed passage for a bridge expansion joint. The semi-fixed passage comprises an evacuation passage bottom plate. One end of the evacuation passage bottom plate is reliably connected with a fixing bearing platform through bolts, the fixing bearing platform is fixed to an approach bridge section, the middle of the evacuation passage bottom plate is supported by a supporting roller to prevent subsidence and collapse, and the other end of the evacuation passage bottom plate freely slides in a limiting sliding structure fixed to a main bridge section. Folding railingsand safety railings are fixed to the two sides of the semi-fixed passage. The evacuation passage bottom plate is used as a pedestrian floor, and the folding railing and the safety railings prevent inspection personnel from accidentally falling from a bridge. According to the semi-fixed passage, the expansion and contraction of the two ends of the bridge expansion joint along with the temperature change in four seasons are not influenced, and meanwhile, the problems about safe passing and evacuation of the inspection personnel for electrical equipment or other equipment can be effectively solved.
