Quick construction method of medium-small span assembly type I-shaped beam bridge
The invention discloses a quick construction method of a medium-small span assembly type I-shaped beam bridge. The method comprises the following steps: (1) prefabricating I-shaped beams and bridge decks on a quick transfer platform; (2) constructing a bridge lower structure; (3) hoisting and assembling the I-shaped beams and the bridge decks; (4) welding reserved steel bar heads at the end partsof the adjacent bridge decks, arranging longitudinal prestressed steel wire bundles in reserved hole channels of the bridge decks in a penetrating mode, tensioning the longitudinal prestressed steel wire bundles to the design required value, and performing grouting and anchor sealing; (5) moving a bridge erecting machine forwards, repeating the step (3) and the step (4) to erect a next span of bridge; (6), repeating the step (5) to complete erecting of other parts of the bridge; and (7) pouring cement paste into grouting grooves between the adjacent bridge decks, pouring a bridge deck pavementlayer, and completing construction. By the adoption of the prefabricated I-shaped beams and the bridge decks which can be industrially produced in batches, the quality and speed of prefabricated assembly are improved, the use amount of supports and formworks can be reduced during field construction, the construction efficiency is improved, and the influence of terrain and other factors on construction is reduced.
本发明公开了一种中小跨径装配式I型梁桥的快速施工方法,包括如下步骤:①在快速转运平台上进行I梁和桥面板的预制②施工桥梁下部结构③吊装和拼装I梁和桥面板④焊接相邻桥面板端部的预留钢筋头,再向桥面板的预留孔道内穿设纵向预应力钢丝束,将纵向预应力钢丝束张拉至设计要求值后进行灌浆封锚⑤将架桥机前移,重复第三步和第四步进行下一跨桥梁的架设⑥重复第五步,完成桥梁其余联的架设⑦向相邻桥面板间的灌浆槽内灌注水泥浆,然后浇筑桥面铺装层,完成施工。本发明采用工厂化批量生产的可装配式预制I梁和桥面板,提高了预制装配的质量和速度,现场施工时,能够减少支架及模板用量,提高施工效率,降低地形等因素对施工造成的影响。
