The ecological rainwater regulation and storage system comprises a server cloud terminal and a water storage tank, the server cloud terminal is in signal connection with a remote monitoring host, the input end of the server cloud terminal is in wireless connection with a soil pH detector, a temperature detector and a solution pH detector, the outlet end of the water storage tank is connected with a first flow meter, the outlet end of the first flow meter is connected with a blending tank, and the outlet end of theblending tank is connected with a plurality of sprinkler heads. A conveying method comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out rainwater collection; S2, carrying out acid burdening; S3, carryingout environment detection and regular water discharging; S4, carrying out solution blending; and S5, carrying out regulation and storage sprinkling irrigation. According to the ecological rainwater regulation and storage system, through real-time detection and monitoring of the soil pH detector and the temperature detector, information is transmitted to the server cloud terminal, and then the server cloud terminal outputs a signal to control the regulation and storage system to be regulated and controlled according to nursery stock growth requirements, and therefore, rapid growth of nursery stocks is facilitated.
