The invention relates to the technical field of subsea tunnels, in particular to a waterstop hoisting structure and a waterstop mounting method. The waterstop hoisting structure comprises a hoisting device used for hoisting a waterstop to the port surface of a tunnel pipe joint, a hoisting beam hoisted on the hoisting device, and a hoisting belt assembly comprising a plurality of first hoisting belts arranged in the vertical direction and a plurality of second hoisting belts arranged in the vertical direction. The lengths of the second hoisting belts are larger than those of the first hoistingbelts, and the upper ends of the first hoisting belts and the upper ends of the second hoisting belts are both connected to the hoisting beam. The lower ends of the first hoisting belts are connectedwith the upper end of the waterstop, and the lower ends of the second hoisting belts are connected with the lower end of the waterstop. By means of the waterstop hoisting structure and the waterstopmounting method, the problems that a waterstop hoisting structure is complex and mounting is difficult are solved.
