The invention is applicable to the technical field of concrete, and provides a phase-change steel ball, a preparation method thereof and a phase-change concrete. The preparation method of the phase-change steel ball comprises the following steps: taking a hollow steel ball as a carrier, and taking butyl stearate as a phase-change material; forming a hole in the surface of the hollow steel ball, and mixing the hollow steel ball with the phase-change material to obtain a mixture; and performing vacuum filtration treatment on the mixture, and forming another hole in the hollow steel ball subjected to packaging treatment to obtain the phase-change steel ball. The hollow steel ball is used as the carrier material, butyl stearate is used as the phase-change material, and the phase-change steel ball which is stable in performance, large in phase change latent heat, non-toxic, good in heat stability, high in phase change material adsorption rate, low in phase change material permeability and high in fire resistance can be prepared. Besides, the phase-change steel ball is added into a phase-change concrete of an energy pile to replace coarse aggregate, and meanwhile, fly ash and slag are doped, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the energy pile can be greatly improved, and guidance is provided for engineering practice.
本发明适用于混凝土技术领域,提供了一种相变钢球及其制备方法和相变混凝土,该相变钢球的制备方法包括以下步骤:取空心钢球作为载体,取硬脂酸丁酯作为相变材料;在空心钢球的表面开设一孔后,再与相变材料进行混合,得到混合料;对混合料进行真空抽滤处理后,再对空心钢球上开设的孔进行封装处理,得到所述相变钢球。本发明通过以空心钢球作为载体材料,以硬脂酸丁酯为相变材料,可以制得选取性能稳定、相变潜热大、无毒害、热稳定性好、相变材料吸附率高、相变材料渗透率低、耐火性强的相变钢球。另外,通过在能量桩的相变混凝土中添加上述相变钢球来替代粗骨料,同时掺入粉煤灰和矿渣,可以大幅提高能量桩的换热效率,为工程实践提供指导。
