The double-component thermal insulation mortar is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 10: (2.5-4); the component A comprises 5.0 to 20.0 percent of emulsion, 20.0 to 35.0 percent of lightweightaggregate, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, 0 to 0.2 percent of wetting dispersant, 0 to 1.0 percent of coalescing agent, 0.2 to 3.0 percent of fiber, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of antiseptic bactericide and the balance of water; the component B is portland cement. According to the heat preservation structure of the double-component heat preservation mortar, a double-component heat preservation mortar layer, a flexible putty layer and a coating facing layer are sequentially arranged on the outer surface of a base layer wall body from inside to outside, and an alkali-resisting glass fiber net is embedded in the flexible putty layer.
