The invention discloses double-component composite thermal insulation mortar. The double-component composite thermal insulation mortar comprises a dry material component and a wet material component,the mass ratio of the dry material component to the wet material component is 1: 1.4-1.9, and the dry material component comprises aerogel particles. According to the double-component composite thermal insulation mortar disclosed by the invention, only the granular aerogel is used as a thermal insulation functional filler, so that the mixing ratio of the aerogel is greatly improved, the density ofthe mortar is reduced, and the thermal insulation performance of the mortar is improved. The inorganic cementing material, the latex powder and the building emulsion are compounded for use, so that the binding force, the waterproofness and the strength of the mortar are improved, and the fireproof performance of the mortar is improved. The mortar disclosed by the invention can be constructed by adopting a blade coating or spray coating process, and can be applied to heat preservation of complex structures such as building outer walls, industrial equipment and valve pipe fittings.
