本发明提供一种轻质石膏砌块及其制备方法，一种轻质石膏砌块，包括按重量份计的以下原料，建筑石膏粉200‑300份、80‑100目膨胀珍珠岩3‑7份、水110‑260份、3‑5mm纤维1‑15份、憎水剂0.5‑5份、均相剂0.5‑3份、活化改性剂0.5‑5份。制作的石膏砌块可以在基本不增加成本的情况下，适当延长磷石膏浆料的凝结时间，提高浇注施工的便利性，减少砌块水化过程中的强度损失，提高石膏砌块的抗折性能和持久防水能力，避免了砌块表面开裂和鼓包，避免了砌块表面“富营养化”现象的发生。
