The chemical gypsum is used as a raw material, the added semi-hydrated gypsum is used as a cementing material, a large amount of chemical gypsum can be consumed, the high-strength gypsum building block is prepared by molding and then autoclaving, the process is simple, and the technological process is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明涉及一种石膏砌块制备方法及由其制备的石膏砌块,1)浇注成型:将化学石膏、半水石膏和水拌和均匀后得到混合浆料,将混合浆料浇注模具中,静置凝固、脱模得到待蒸压砌块,所述化学石膏与半水石膏的质量比为(63‑90):(10~35),所述混合浆料的含水率为29~35%;2)高温蒸压处理:将得到的待蒸压砌块堆码后在135~165℃下,高温蒸压2~10h;3)湿放养护:将蒸压处理后的砌块在相对湿度RH≥80%环境中,放置≥5天,得到石膏砌块。本发明以化学石膏为原料,以外加半水石膏为胶凝材料,可用以大宗消耗化学石膏,通过先成型‑再蒸压制备得到高强石膏砌块,工艺简单、工艺过程节能环保。
