The invention relates to a preparation method of an aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide composite ceramic membrane, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing aluminum trichloride, pouring intoa container, dropwisely adding ammonia water, stirring and hydrolyzing in a water bath kettle, continuing to add a sintering aid, regulating the pH value to 34, and continuing to stir in the water bath kettle to obtain aluminum sol; (2) weighing tetraethyl orthosilicate, pouring tetraethyl orthosilicate into another container, dropwise adding absolute ethyl alcohol, then adding dilute nitric acidto adjust the pH value to 3-4, then dropwise adding ammonia water, and stirring in a constant-temperature water bath kettle to obtain silica sol; (3) mixing the obtained aluminum sol with silica sol,adding nitric acid, heating, stirring and aging to obtain composite sol; and (4) soaking the support body in the composite sol, taking out the support body, standing the sol on the surface to form xerogel, and carrying out sintering heat treatment on the obtained xerogel to obtain the target product Al2O3-SiO2 composite ceramic membrane. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, low in manufacturing cost and easy to industrialize, and the prepared composite membrane is good in filtering performance.
本发明涉及一种氧化铝‑二氧化硅复合陶瓷膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取三氯化铝倒入容器中,滴加氨水,并置于水浴锅内搅拌水解,随后,继续加入烧结助剂,调节pH值至3‑4,继续在水浴锅中搅拌,得到铝溶胶;(2)称取原硅酸四乙酯倒入另一容器中,滴加无水乙醇,再加入稀硝酸调节pH至3‑4,随后,滴加氨水,在恒温水浴锅中搅拌,得到硅溶胶;(3)将所得铝溶胶与硅溶胶混合,并加入硝酸,加热搅拌,陈化,得到复合溶胶;(4)将支撑体浸泡在复合溶胶中,取出支撑体待表面溶胶静置形成干凝胶,再将所得干凝胶进行烧结热处理,即得到目的产物Al2O3‑SiO2复合陶瓷膜。与现有技术相比,本发明制备方法操作简单,制作成本低,易于产业化,且制备的复合膜过滤性能好。
