Photo-cured zirconia ceramic slurry as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides light-cured zirconia ceramic slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of functional ceramics. The light-cured zirconia ceramic slurry provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of modified zirconia powder, 30-80 parts of a coupling agent, 10-30 parts of an active diluent and 1-10 parts of a photoinitiator, wherein the modified zirconium oxide powder is prepared by mixing zirconium oxide powder, a surface modifier and an alcohol solvent according to a mass ratio of 50-80: 1-10: 50-60, and finally, stirring the diluent and the initiator in vacuum to obtain the light-cured zirconium oxide slurry. Zirconium oxide powder is modified by a surface modifier to prepare the high-solid-phase and low-viscosity ceramic slurry. The invention also provides a preparation method of the photo-cured zirconium oxide slurry and application of the photo-cured zirconium oxide slurry in preparation of zirconium oxide ceramic parts.
本发明提供了一种光固化氧化锆陶瓷浆料及其制备方法与应用,属于功能陶瓷领域。本发明提供的光固化氧化锆陶瓷浆料按重量份计,包括以下组分:改性氧化锆粉末50‑100份,偶联剂30‑80份,活性稀释剂10‑30份,光引发剂1‑10份;所述改性氧化锆粉末由氧化锆粉末、表面改性剂和醇溶剂按照质量比50‑80:1‑10:50‑60混合制得。最后将稀释剂和引发剂进行真空搅拌,得到了光固化氧化锆浆料。本发明通过用表面改性剂对氧化锆粉进行改性,制备出了高固相、低粘度的陶瓷浆料。本发明还提供了该光固化氧化锆浆料的制备方法及其在制备氧化锆陶瓷零件中的应用。
