The invention discloses water-based photo-thermal double-effect cured ceramic slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The water-based photo-thermal double-effect cured ceramic slurry comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-200 parts of ceramic powder, 50 parts of a water-based photo-curing monomer, 30-40 parts of a water-based thermocuring monomer, 10-20 parts of a water-based thermocuring cross-linking agent, 2-10 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-4 parts of a photoinitiator and 2-4 parts of a thermal initiator. The water-based photo-thermal double-effect cured ceramic slurry is excellent in curing performance, wide in ceramic powder selectivity and environment-friendly.
