The spray head comprises a spray head seat and a spray head cover which are fixedly connected, the spray head cover is provided with a columnar flow guide column, a flow guide hole is formed in the center of the flow guide column in a penetrating mode, and a first flow control part with the cross section area gradually reduced in the direction perpendicular to the water flow direction is formed adjacent to a water outlet; the spray head also comprises a jet flow forming part, the main body of the jet flow forming part is cylindrical, the head of the jet flow forming part forms a second flow control part with the cross section area gradually reduced in the direction perpendicular to the water flow direction, the jet flow forming part can be arranged in the flow guide hole in a floating mode, and a gap is formed between the second flow control part and the first flow controlpart all over the whole circumference. When the flow and the pressure of the cleaning water entering the water cavity are changed, the gap between the second flow control part and the first flow control part is correspondingly changed, so that the cleaning force of the cleaning water flow can be better controlled and balanced, and the discomfort caused by intense impact on the local part of a human body is avoided.
