The invention provides a nozzle device. The nozzle device comprises a mounting base; the spray head mechanism is arranged on the mounting base, the spray head mechanism is provided with a shell and a spray nozzle arranged on the shell, a material mixing cavity is formed in the shell, the spray nozzle is communicated with the material mixing cavity, the shell is further provided with a plurality of feeding ports communicated with the material mixing cavity, and the material mixing cavity is used for mixing various materials; the rotary spraying mechanism is arranged on the mounting base, the rotary spraying mechanism is provided with a mixing cavity communicated with the nozzle, the rotary spraying mechanism is provided with a plurality of discharging ports communicated with the mixing cavity, and the rotary spraying mechanism has a moving stroke rotating in the axial direction of the rotary spraying mechanism; and the rotating shaft is used for throwing out the mixed materials from the discharge holes in the rotating process. The spray head device aims at solving the problems that in the prior art, spray coating repairing efficiency of an inspection well is low, and safety is low.
