The invention discloses an energy-absorbing shear wall, comprising a front energy-absorbing steel plate and a rear energy-absorbing steel plate, wherein plurality of through holes are formed in the front energy absorption steel plate and the rear energy absorption steel plate; the front energy-absorbing steel plate and the rear energy-absorbing steel plate are welded and connected through a reinforcing rib; the front energy-absorbing steel plate and the rear energy-absorbing steel plate are both connected with sealing partition plates by welding, the sealing partition plates are connected to connecting plates through bolts, and anchoring rods extend out of the outer ends of the connecting plates; the anchoring rods are anchored on a shear wall column; and concrete is filled between the front energy absorption steel plate and the rear energy absorption steel plate and on the outer side. The energy-absorbing steel plates and the sealing partition plates are arranged, so that the shear wall body is wrapped by the steel plates, is not prone to damage and has the characteristic of energy absorption and energy consumption; and the shear wall columns can be replaced.
