The invention discloses automatic grinding, painting and repairing equipment for a moldy ceiling. The automatic grinding, painting and repairing equipment comprises a ceiling, wherein a work box is arranged at the lower side of the ceiling; a working cavity is arranged in the work box; a main motor is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the working cavity; a motor shaft is arranged on the mainmotor; a connecting telescopic rod is arranged in the motor shaft; a containing groove is arranged in the upper end of the work box; after the grinding depth is preset, the equipment is started; afterthe equipment is lifted, the equipment automatically grinds the moldy part of the ceiling; after the equipment is ground to the designated depth, the equipment starts to move; and during the grindingmoving process, the equipment automatically collects paint and ceiling powder generated by grinding and independently collects the paint and the ceiling powder, dust is prevented from flying away inthe working process, the scraped paint is automatically supplemented to the ground ceiling, and the moldy ceiling grinding and paint supplementing work is completed.
