The machine comprises a conveying device, a wire inserting device and a welding device; the conveying device is used for conveying a polystyrene board; the wire inserting device is used for inserting inserting wires into the polystyrene board; the welding device is used for welding the inserting wires inserted into the polystyrene board with a steel wire net rack; the wire inserting device comprises a second fixed plate, a pushing member and discharge blocks; a plurality of discharge blocks are provided and arranged up and down; material grooves for containing the inserting wires are formed in the discharge blocks; the pushing member is fixedly connected with a plurality of ejector rods corresponding to the discharge blocks; the ejector rods extend into the material grooves and are used for pushing the inserting wires in the material grooves; the wire inserting device further comprises an actuating mechanism; and the second fixed plate is connected with the pushing member through the actuating mechanism.
