The invention discloses a production process of a damp-proof silencing gypsum board. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 200-300 parts of plant straw crushed aggregates, 30-50 parts of epoxy resin and 35-45 parts of mixed fibers, adding water which is 0.6-1 time of the weight of the raw materials, putting the mixture into a hydrapulper, and stirring to form raw material pulp, (2) uniformly mixing 90-110 parts of an adhesive, 3-9 parts of a flame retardant, 500-750 parts of modified siliceous lime, 200-300 parts of calcium carbonate and 200-250 parts of gypsum powder to obtain gypsum slurry, (3) injecting the gypsum slurry into a mold, and then carrying out roll forming, and (4) after the gypsum board blank to be formed is solidified and coagulated, carrying outdemolding and air-drying. The preparation process is simple, and the prepared gypsum board has high moisture resistance, impact resistance and cracking resistance and has a good silencing effect.
本发明公开了一种防潮消音石膏板的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：（1）将200‑300份植物秸秆碎料、30‑50份环氧树脂和35‑45份混合纤维混合，并加入原料重量0.6‑1倍的水，放入水力碎浆机中搅拌成原料浆；（2）将90‑110份粘接剂、3‑9份阻燃剂、500‑750份改性硅石灰、200‑300份碳酸钙、200‑250份石膏粉混合均匀，得石膏浆；（3）将石膏浆注入模具内，然后滚压成型；（4）待成型的石膏板坯料固化、凝结后，脱模，风干即可。本发明制备工艺简单，制备出的石膏板具有较强的防潮性、抗冲击性、抗龟裂性，且具有较好的消音效果。
