According to the process method, a product which is compact inside, free of pores, high in strength, high in hardness, small in grain size and low in sintering temperature can be obtained, zirconium and aluminum grains can be tightly combined, and it can be seen through SEM that the grains are uniform in size and do not grow abnormally.
