The contact area of the contact position of the grinding ring and the rotating outer barrel can be increased, the width of the non-contact position is reduced, the internal space is enlarged, the single grinding amount can be increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明属于氧化铝球制备技术领域,尤其是一种利用工业废活性氧化铝制备瓷球的制备方法,针对现有技术中采用的研磨装置在滚筒内设置了很多研磨片导致容易卡壳的问题,现提出以下方案,包括通过地脚螺栓固定在混凝土地面的支撑架二和支撑架一,所述支撑架一的顶端固定有上料侧端盖,且上料侧端盖的整体呈圆盘状结构,上料侧端盖的圆周边缘处远离支撑架二的一端固定有三个呈中心对称分布的固定座,所有的固定座靠近上料侧端盖的轴心线一端均设置有滚轮。本发明可以在磨碎环与转动外桶的接触处增加接触面积,而非接触位置的宽度变小,扩大了内部的空间,可以提高单次磨碎的量,提高生产效率。
