The invention discloses a three-throw rail turnout of a single switch rail. The rail turnout comprises a switch rail which is only arranged on one side of the working edge of a shared rail and can beseparated from and attached to the shared rail, a point switch for driving the switch rail to be separated from and attached to the shared rail, a combined type curve frog and a connecting part for connecting the switch rail, a stock rail and the combined type curve frog. The switch rail is a curved switch rail, the circle center of the switch rail is located on the steering side of a steering standard rail, the combined type curved frog comprises a wing rail arranged at the intersection of a main line meter rail and a side line standard rail, and the wing rail has a certain opening and closing angle and is connected with the switch rail and a meter rail through a connecting rail. Point rails are arranged on the inner sides of the wing rail and comprise a short point rail located in the direction of the side line standard rail and a long point rail located in the direction of the main line meter rail, the meter rail/standard rail three-throw rail can be changed into the straight meterrail and the steering standard rail, the passing speed is high, operation is stable, and derailing accidents are not likely to happen.
