The base plate supporting mechanism is arranged between the straight stock rail and the curved stock rail, and the switch machine is arranged on the outer side of the straight stock rail and the outer side of the curved stock rail. The power input end of the connecting rod action mechanism is connected with the switch, the power output end of the connecting rod action mechanism is connected with the curved switch rail and the straight switch rail, and the connecting rod action mechanism is used for forming a lever labor-saving structure so that the switch can indirectly drive the curved switch rail and the straight switch rail in a labor-saving mode through the connecting rod action mechanism. The turnout switch rail switching device can be applied to occasions with large switching force such as a small-sized turnout switch rail and the Nth traction point of a multi-point traction turnout, and the closely-attached switch rail cannot be separated from a stock rail when a connecting rod action mechanism is impacted by external force, so that the driving safety is guaranteed.
